Refund Policy

The G Academy offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase — an e-book or a Portuguese Daily Club subscription — you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Message us on WhatsApp at +55 84 99460-5555 with the email you used to buy, and we'll refund you to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel the Daily Club anytime from My account. Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops all future renewals.
