These terms govern your use of this website and the services, digital products and subscriptions offered by The G Academy ("we", "us"). When you buy from us or use this site, you are contracting with The G Academy.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use this website or our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What we offer

The G Academy is an online school offering Portuguese and English lessons, the Portuguese Daily Club (a WhatsApp-based learning community with live sessions), digital e-books, translation services and teacher education. Current prices are listed on our Pricing page.

3. Eligibility and accuracy

You must be of legal age in your country (or have a parent or guardian's consent) and provide accurate contact information.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful use of the service or content.
• No fraud, spam or harassment of teachers or other members.
• No copying, resale or redistribution of our e-books, lesson materials or group content (intellectual property infringement).
• No interfering with site security, including malware, probing or scraping.

5. Intellectual property

The G Academy retains all rights to the website, e-books, lesson materials, recordings, branding and other content. Purchases grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own learning.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Daily Club subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from My account; cancellation is immediate and no further charges are made. See our Refund Policy.

7. Service level

We work hard to keep lessons, live sessions and the site running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Sessions may occasionally be rescheduled.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of community rules.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, services are provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
